1. Agreement and Website Operator
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Activity Habits at activityhabits.info. By using the website, a visitor agrees to these Terms and the associated Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. A visitor who does not agree should stop using the website. The project contact details are ul. Przykładowa 10, 00-001 Warsaw, Poland, +48 22 000 00 00 and [email protected].
The website is intended as a general educational resource for adults, particularly English-speaking men aged 50+ living in Poland. These Terms do not create a professional-client relationship, healthcare relationship, partnership, agency or guarantee of any result.
2. Informational Purpose
Articles discuss gentle movement, mobility, pelvic-floor habits, yoga, flexibility, common food sources of nutrients, sleep and everyday recovery. The information is general and cannot account for an individual’s age, history, condition, medication, ability, environment or goals. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or care.
Readers are responsible for deciding whether an activity is suitable and for seeking qualified guidance before beginning a new routine or making a significant dietary or lifestyle change, especially when an existing condition, recent procedure, unexplained symptom or uncertainty is present. Any activity should stop if it causes pain, dizziness or unusual discomfort.
3. No Commercial Offer
The website is non-commercial and does not operate a shop, cart, payment service or direct sales programme. References to ordinary foods are educational examples, not endorsements of a seller or instruction to purchase a particular item. Any future commercial relationship must be clearly identified and governed by separate terms before it becomes available.
4. Acceptable Use
Visitors may read, print and save reasonable extracts for personal, non-commercial use. Visitors must not interfere with website operation, bypass security, submit malicious code, overload infrastructure, scrape at a rate that harms availability, impersonate another person, submit unlawful content or use the contact form for spam.
Visitors must not reproduce the website as a competing publication, remove rights notices, present editorial content as individual professional advice, use photographs outside their applicable licence or imply that a person shown in a photograph endorses the website. Automated indexing by ordinary search engines is permitted subject to robots.txt and reasonable technical limits.
5. Contact Form Rules
The contact form is for editorial questions, corrections, accessibility feedback and general website enquiries. It must not be used to send health histories, symptoms, emergency information, unlawful material, confidential information belonging to another person or content that infringes rights. Activity Habits is not required to respond to every message.
Visitors must provide accurate contact details and a message relevant to the website. Submissions may be filtered, stored and reviewed for security. Abusive, automated or unrelated messages may be deleted, blocked or retained as evidence. A successful on-screen confirmation means the website accepted the submission for review; it does not guarantee a reply by a particular time.
6. Intellectual Property
Unless a separate notice states otherwise, the website’s original selection, structure, written content, logos, icons and code are protected by intellectual-property law. The five local photographs in each project are used under their respective stock licences and remain subject to the rights and restrictions of the photographers and platform.
Limited quotation is permitted where allowed by law, provided the source is identified and the use is fair. Other reproduction, redistribution, translation, adaptation or commercial use requires prior written permission from the relevant rights holder. Requests concerning Activity Habits material may be sent to [email protected].
7. Accuracy, Availability and Updates
Activity Habits aims to keep information clear and responsible but does not promise that every page is complete, current, error-free or suitable for every purpose. Editorial guidance, technology, legal requirements and external information can change. Dates, contact details and linked resources should be checked before reliance.
The website may be updated, suspended, moved or withdrawn without notice. Access can be interrupted by maintenance, hosting faults, security events, network conditions or circumstances outside reasonable control. No guarantee is made that the website will always be available or compatible with every device or browser.
8. External Links
Links to external websites are provided for convenience or source context. Activity Habits does not control external content, availability, privacy practices or security. A link does not mean endorsement. Visitors use external services at their own discretion and should review the terms and privacy information supplied by the destination.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Activity Habits and the people involved in operating the website are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of, inability to use or reliance on the website. This includes loss connected with decisions made from general information, interruption, data loss, external links or unauthorised access.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable. Consumer rights provided by mandatory law remain unaffected. Where liability can be limited but not excluded, it is limited to the extent permitted by law and to loss that was reasonably foreseeable.
10. Indemnity and Enforcement
Where permitted by law, a visitor agrees to be responsible for loss reasonably caused by their unlawful use, malicious submission, rights infringement or deliberate interference with the website. Activity Habits may restrict access, preserve evidence, contact a service provider or report conduct to an authority when reasonably necessary to protect the service or others.
Failure to enforce a term immediately does not waive it. If a court finds part of these Terms invalid, the remaining provisions continue to apply, and the invalid part should be interpreted as closely as lawfully possible to its intended purpose.
11. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, together with any mandatory protections that apply to a visitor in another jurisdiction. The parties should first try to resolve a concern by writing to [email protected]. Nothing prevents a person from contacting a competent consumer body, data-protection authority or court.
Courts in Poland will have jurisdiction where the law permits that choice. A consumer may also have the right to bring proceedings in the courts of their habitual residence. The European Union’s rules on applicable law and jurisdiction remain unaffected.
12. Changes and Contact
These Terms may be revised to reflect operational, legal or editorial changes. The current version is published on this page with an update date. Material changes will be highlighted where practical. Continued use after a change means the revised Terms apply to later use, but it does not remove rights already created under mandatory law.
